Erika Jayne: Why hasn’t anyone told her to get off social media?

Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi are being accused of some heinous crimes, but The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is too into herself to care.

It is no secret that Tom Girardi is in hot water.  After years and years of being able to scam clients just to pay off other clients, it seems his scheme has finally caught up with him.  But why won’t Tom and Erika Jayne just own it?  Their behavior is not only bizarre, but disrespectful, horrifying, and downright awful.

Tom has put forth the idea that he isn’t well and is having memory loss according to Page Six, but that isn’t the case, right?  He’s just trying to avoid the consequences of his actions which can’t be done with a pretend illness.  Meanwhile, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is still posting multiple photos of herself a day as if everything is fine.

According to Attorney Ronald Richards, who has been reporting on the courtroom happenings live, the judge was not pleased with Tom’s incompetency claims.  Tom’s brother, Robert Girardi, filed an incompetency motion claiming that Tom was having memory loss issues and was asking questions over and over again.  According to Richard’s tweets, “The incompetency motion today pushed the bankruptcy judge over the top. We are being provided recent video which shows his mental defect claims are incredulous.”

As the days go on and the evidence against the pair mounts, their inability to alter their behavior just makes them look worse.  Erika is clearly not remorseful that she allegedly used the victim’s money to purchase tacky wigs and latex outfits, or to fly a whole group of people around the world in a private jet to do her makeup, or even to buy ugly Cartier rings.  Erika spent most of her time on the show bragging about all of these things, even offering the amount of $40,000 a month to make herself more attractive.  Now, all of that footage will hopefully be used against her.

Meanwhile, none of the victims have received any money from Tom and his now-defunct company, Girardi Keese, but Erika is living her best life with frozen bank accounts.  Life isn’t fair, is it?
