When it comes to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika Jayne is certainly a hot topic right now. Despite her ongoing legal troubles and divorce, is Erika ready to start dating?

Erika Jayne of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been having quite the year thus far! While we all know about her and her estranged husband, Tom Girardi’s legal woes reportedly involving embezzlement, we mustn’t forget that Erika is also in the midst of a divorce!

The news broke on November 3, 2020, that the duo, who have both been married for over 20 years, would officially be splitting up citing “irreconcilable differences”. This was a major shock to fans of Erika and Tom’s, particularly because the two appeared to be the picture-perfect couple on the show.

In addition to viewers adoring the couple, fellow housewives Lisa Rinna, Kyle Richards, and Dorit Kemsley have had nothing but great things to say about the two and their marriage.

“After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi”, Erika wrote in an official statement. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together”, she said.

Erika went on to request everyone’s privacy and respect during this time, however, that blew out of the window only moments after it was revealed that the two were involved in a reported scheme that led to millions being embezzled through Tom’s law firm.

Now that we have all had a moment to digest everything that has been going on between the two, fans are now wondering whether or not Erika Jayne has been dating throughout all of this chaos. Despite having been romantically linked to DWTS star, Gleb Savchenko, it doesn’t appear as if anything came about that, or whether there was any truth to it, to begin with!

Well, after Erika’s most recent post on Instagram, it seems as if the star is ready to get back into the dating life, or so she led on. The 49-year-old posted the photo of her in fishnets and heels along with the caption: “Thinking of making this my online dating profile pic. Thoughts??”, Erika wrote.

Former RHOBH star, Eileen Davidson was quick to comment a “LOL,” however, it seems as if that was one of the few nice messages. Erika was instantly blasted for being “tone deaf” after having posted the photo during the same time as the recent coup at the U.S Capitol.

Fans and followers didn’t think the post was appropriate considering her current circumstances. Despite the hate, not only did Erika Jayne look fabulous, but is now talking about dating more and more as we’ve seen. So, is the reality TV star ready to meet someone?
