Braunwyn Windham-Burke keeps insulting her husband and their marriage on The Real Housewives of Orange County, so why don’t they both move on?

While most of The Real Housewives of Orange County were enjoying their time in Lake Arrowhead, Braunwyn Windham-Burke was not.  Her relationships have been discussed ad nauseam this season, but they really are bizarre.  Braunwyn has no qualms about telling the world how she isn’t attracted to men, specifically, Sean Burke, and wants to be with women.  She talks down to him and demands that he answer his phone when she needs him, but it seems clear that she no longer wants him.

Let the mouse go, Braunwyn!

Braunwyn has labeled Sean as an enabler and placed a lot of blame on him for how bad things got, but what else was he supposed to do?  He was a father of seven children and had to try and keep it together – for all of them!  There has to be an insane amount of money involved in order to keep seven children clothed, fed, and sent off to college (if they want to go to college).

While Braunwyn is away with the girls and Sean is taking care of the kids, Braunwyn flips out whenever he doesn’t answer the phone.  She demands that he is available 24/7 to google the coronavirus symptoms when she has a phone capable of doing the same in her hand.  She called him her “touchstone” but then mentions that she isn’t attracted to men anymore.  “When I close my eyes and I have a fantasy, Sean doesn’t have a starring role right now,” Braunwyn told Emily Simpson.

One of the biggest takeaways from the many phone calls between Sean and Braunwyn is how they always go.  Braunwyn calls Sean, demands answers, complains about something, and then proceeds to talk about herself a lot.  She doesn’t ask how he is, or how the kids are doing.  She just wants someone to talk about herself with.  That’s a lot for one guy to deal with.  Does she ever ask if Sean is okay?

It is understandable they want to stay married while Braunwyn figures this stuff out, but Sean deserves to be happy too.  If Braunwyn can enter into new relationships and explore life outside of their marriage, shouldn’t that courtesy be extended to Sean, too?  Perhaps that’s not what he wants though.  It’s not like we ever hear from him.  To be continued…

The Real Housewives of Orange County is on Bravo every Wednesday at 9 PM.
