Jax Taylor seems to think he can take Vanderpump Rules to a different network as a producer since Keeping Up With the Kardashians did the same.

Since being fired from Vanderpump Rules, Jax Taylor has spent his days trying to convince social media he has some sort of big trick up his sleeve.  Since the Kardashian clan revealed they have a new deal with the streaming service Hulu, Jax seems to think that has something to do with him.  The Kardashian’s signed some sort of multi-year deal to bring a similar show about their lives to the streaming service, which leaves a lot of room on the E! channel.

A few weeks ago, we suggested there was something going on with E! and Bravo due to all of the cross-promoting going on.  Jax recently updated his Instagram bio to say “T.V./ Show creator/Producer 🎥 📓📺.”  Jax has been hinting that he and the rest of the group will “be back” soon.  Kristen Doute said on Instagram the other day that the group we know and love will be back, too.

But will someone like E! or Netflix, or Hulu, really pick up a show about a bunch of fired, racist, old, pregnant former bartenders?  Like, is there actually a market for that?  The group has a lot of followers combined, but a lot of those are hate followers.

A lot of the people that made Vanderpump Rules popular are still signed on with Bravo.  I highly doubt Scheana Shay and Ariana Madix are going to jump ship right now, even though they weren’t the biggest stars of the show.  Stassi Schroeder, Kristen, Jax, and Brittany Cartwright having a show about their struggles as new parents sounds awful.  Just straight-up terrible.  Maybe he enlisted the help of Lala Kent’s shamed hubby, Randall Emmett, to produce a show and not pay anyone.

Jax is obviously foundering with his newfound freedom from Bravo, but that doesn’t mean people want to support a show about a bunch of people who got fired.  He seems confident in his new path in life and we wish we had that confidence in anything!

Vanderpump Rules is on Bravo….for reruns.
