The Real Housewives of Potomac is serving up fights, looks, cheating rumors, and a whole lot of shade in the second half of season 5.

The Real Housewives of Potomac midseason trailer dropped this week, and it looks insane.  Even the husbands are fighting!  What other franchise has this much organic drama throughout the entire season?  None!  Bravo has the trailer here and from what we can all see, things with Candiace Dillard Bassett, Monique Samuels, and the rest of the group absolutely do not improve anytime soon.

While the cast goes to Portugal, it appears Monique was not on the trip.  From what we know, the other women did not feel comfortable having her on the trip after the altercation.

Ashley Darby and Michael Darby are still dealing with Michael being a “cheater, cheater pumpkin eater,” as Gizelle Bryant would say.  The clip shows Ashley calling Michael and getting no answer.  Michael was likely out hiding his salami in a new friend from the strip club’s humble hotel room, like he does.

“You say Monique has no self-control, but what do you have?”  Ashley said to Candiace, presumably, while Candiace was presumably riding on her high horse and talking poorly about Monique.  The whole situation between the two was messed up, but how can anyone support a person like Candiace?

At one earlier point in the trailer, Gizelle noted that they did not want Monique to go to jail, to which Candiace replied, “We don’t?”  Monique was still notably missing from the scene.

At what appears to later at the same event, Michael and Chris Bassett get into it when Chris asked Michael to get out of his face.  Ashley had apparently been asked by Monique to write some kind of character letter for the court situation, which no one except Monique appreciated.

Though we didn’t see the rest of the argument, it looks like things on The Real Housewives of Potomac could have escalated to a physical level once again before the season was over.  As Gizelle said, RHOP “don’t stop, can’t stop, won’t stop” and that’s why we love it.

The Real Housewives of Potomac will be back next Sunday at 9 PM.
