Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave spoke about her firing on her podcast with Bachelor Bob and discussed where she was when she got the news.

In case you missed it, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave has her own podcast these days.  Teddi Tea Pod With Teddi Mellencamp is a riveting look into Teddi’s everyday life, which is obviously revolving around her firing from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills these days.  Her episode for the first day of October has a very creative title, Teddi Tells All, with a very creative co-host, Bachelor Bob Guiney.  Teddi and Bachelor Bob get down to business while Teddi sounds like she’s shouting down from one level of her Top Golf house to another.

Onto the lukewarm and unflavored tea

Teddi says that last Monday, her friends starting texting her while she was working out on her Peloton® asking if she was okay.  Apparently everyone saw The Daily Mail article saying she was fired before she did.  A few hours later, Teddi got the call confirming that her contract was not being renewed.  The Daily Mail knew first!  She went on to say that she kind of had a feeling it was coming based on all of the footage she filmed that was cut from the show.

“The writing should have been on the wall,” she said.  Looking back, there were not that many solo scenes shown with Teddi and her family, though they were filmed.  To be fair, those are historically incredibly boring scenes.  We would like to take this moment to thank production for not putting those scenes in the season, especially the ones where she was doing All in by Teddi.

“It feels like a breakup,” Teddi said about her relationship with production.  She said that filming for 5-6 days a week for a few years made her very close with some of her team and that will never be the same.  On the same note, Teddi said she would consider supporting one of her friends (her only friend, Kyle Richards) but wouldn’t want to be in a situation to start drama (i.e. Brandi Glanville).

The rest of the pod was Teddi talking about how she’s grown as a person since she was a child…which is a pretty common thing.  She notes that she is going to re-focus her energy into her clients who rely on her to berate them for eating carbs throughout the day.

For a tea pod, this pod lacked in tea.  Teddi noted she doesn’t like talking behind people’s backs.  Her family is doing well and she isn’t bitter.  Teddi got fired and that’s the end of the story.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will be back next year on Bravo.
