RHOBH: Garcelle Beauvais is everything Lisa Rinna wishes she was

Garcelle Beauvais has certainly earned her spot on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after standing up for her friend through the season.

Garcelle Beauvais is on team Denise Richards and she doesn’t care who knows it!  Throughout the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season, Garcelle has stood up for Denise multiple times when she wasn’t around to do it herself.  Even though all Denise wants is for people to stop discussing her personal business, none of the other women will respect that.

This week, Garcelle asked the group why they would believe Brandi Glanville over Denise Richards and the answers were non-answers.  Brandi has text messages that show they had a relationship of some kind and that was all of the evidence they needed.  She called Lisa Rinna “harsh” and “relentless” and Rinna balked at the suggestion.

Garcelle also called Rinna out for not letting Erika Jayne have her moment as Roxie Hart in Chicago.  Production threw in some shady flashbacks of Rinna mentioning that she was Roxie before Erika was.

Rinna says that she’s a great friend, and that she’s so proud of being a friend of Denise for 20 years.  But in reality, she’s been a terrible friend the entire time.  She ran back to the group to spill that Denise was going to eat steak at the strip club, she screamed at her in Italy to own up to the rumors, and she clearly does not believe her friend over Brandi.

She really did herself in by saying she always “owned it” and encouraged everyone else to “own it.”  If she did one thing this season, it was “avoid it,” and not “own it.”  She also told Garcelle that if that’s how she really felt about her, Rinna felt sorry for her.  Talk about a Buca di Beppo gaslighting special!

The issue of Rinna’s dancing videos was brought up by Garcelle, too.  She simply questioned why someone who has family members suffering from eating disorders would dance in their underwear on social media.  When Rinna was discussing it with her daughter, instead of owning it, she made Garcelle look stupid.

If nothing else, Rinna is doing a great job of ruining friendships this season.  And Garcelle is setting a high standard for how a friend should really act.  Checkmate, Rinna.  Better start working on destroying your next long-term friendship.
