Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: How long are we going to drag this out?

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cannot let the mouse go, even though it’s all Denise Richards wants from these women.

As this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills comes to an end, we have gotten nowhere with the Denise Richards issue.  Brandi Glanville conveniently showed up last night to Buca di Beppo after Dorit Kemsley’s big lemon-roof reveal.  It seems that Brandi is always just waiting outside for Kim Richards to text her.  Is Kim working for production?

A lot of the time, housewives like to say that it isn’t the right place or time for certain conversations.  Not the RHOBH ladies!  Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave kicked her friends and family out of her pretend baby shower so they could discuss the illicit affair between Brandi and Denise.  Even though Denise has repeatedly asked that they drop the situation, Teddi wanted to highlight it.  Once again, it felt set up.

Once Brandi arrived, she offered up her phone as proof that she and Denise had a relationship.  The ladies scrolled through their conversations while she continued shouting that she was not a liar.  She also said the reason she was so upset was that she did not want to be a cheater.  The texts showed they did have a friendship.

Get to the point

The point of this isn’t whether or not Brandi and Denise had a relationship, but that the women just refuse to let it go.  When a friend asks you to drop a conversation, you should do it.  Nothing else remotely interesting happened this season that was worth noting, so they stuck to this drama the entire time.  It really says a lot about the dynamic of the women and their ability to entertain.

Now that the season is coming to an end, it makes sense why Denise didn’t show up to filming for anything after this.  Who would?

Also worth noting, it isn’t lost on us that this baby shower at a low-end chain restaurant with fake lemon decor is about as far as “lifestyle porn” as we could get.
