RHOBH: Breaking down the start of the “Bravo, Bravo, F***ing Bravo” dinner
By Amanda Cline
The RHOBH women had a dramatic evening the really set the bar for the rest of the season, especially for Denise Richards versus the rest of the cast.
In a confusing flurry of events, Sutton Stracke made a comment about someone as the RHOBH cast entered a venue for an event. The event was for Lisa Rinna’s daughters and their new clothing line. There isn’t anything wrong with Lisa’s daughters, Delilah Belle Hamlin and Amelia Gray Hamlin, but they are always a major part of Lisa’s storyline and they are boring.
As the group was walking up, Sutton whispered to Dorit Kemsley, “I have a very bad feeling about something. I’m going to flip out.” Sutton clarified that she had an issue with “the makeup guy” at the party, but then the group entered the venue without much fanfare. Later, Sutton mentioned that she went into business with Joey Maalouf for some kind of glam app that she invested a lot of money into. The business went okay but things with Joey and Sutton did not go well.
Kyle Richards apologized to Denise Richards because she was stuck standing next to her. By the time they sat down to dinner, tensions were high with the whole group. Soon after, Dorit said Sutton’s comment was mentioned at an inappropriate time and Sutton told Dorit to shut the **** up. Sutton told Dorit to drop it and sort of silently threatened to bring up Dorit’s shady ventures.
Denise spoke up to Kyle and said her comment about everyone being fake was ridiculous because if glam is fake, Kyle is just as fake as everyone else. Kyle called Denise out for having a second-season glow up like every housewife with a second season has ever had, and then it really hit the fan. Kyle also called Denise out for having an ice sculpture which made her fake…even though diamonds are kind of a thing for RHOBH.
Denise clarified that she is usually coming from the set when she meets the ladies and has already been in glam for the day. That doesn’t make her fake. Again, it means she’s actually busy like Kyle pretends to be.
Denise told Kyle she “wasn’t doing this” and the argument sort of subsided until later. It seems that Kyle likes to police the other women’s looks and party planning, but Denise isn’t having that.
Sit down, Kyle, you’re about to learn a few things about your place in the world. The ladies barely finished eating…what will next week bring? Something tells me it will include, “Bravo, Bravo, F***ing Bravo,” and more of Denise taking back control.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will be back Wednesday at 8 PM on Bravo!
