In Bethenny Frankel’s final season, she purchased a home in the Hamptons that Ramona Singer didn’t approve of. The home just sold for $2.28 million.
Bethenny Frankel has been on a real estate tear lately! Bethenny’s home that was featured on the last season of The Real Housewives of New York has sold after being in her possession for less than three years. The home, which was right off Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton, was purchased by Bethenny for $2,100,000 on October 12, 2017. It sold fully furnished on February 20, 2020, for $2,280,000.
Ramona Singer claimed the property was not desirable as it was not south of the highway, which is apparently debatable. The address claims it is south of the highway, but it is right off the highway. If we were with Ramona, we could debate this all day.
The home is 4,239 square feet with 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, according to the Zillow listing. It was frequently rented out as a vacation home.
This comes just after Bethenny sold her SoHo loft in New York for a loss. The Mercer Street apartment sold for $3.65 million, which she purchased for $4.2 million. That’s a $550,000 loss, and she renovated the entire place. The house had two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and sold on January 30, 2020, according to Observer.
Bethenny already has another home in New York that she’s been living in and has been trying to get rid of the properties. Bethenny has another home in the Hamptons and has been spending time in Boston with her boyfriend.
No word on where Bethenny will land next after unloading two major properties within a month of each other. After she announced her new show, The Big Shot with Bethenny, the possibilities are endless.
The Real Housewives of New York City will be back on April 2, 2020.
