After a short hiatus from television, Bethenny Frankel just announced a new show with HBO Max called The Big Shot with Bethenny.

Bethenny Frankel announced her departure from The Real Housewives of New York back in August of 2019 and said she had a lot of fun plans in the works.  Today she announced a new show with producer Mark Burnett and MGM Television called The Big Shot with Bethenny on HBO Max.

According to the Wikipedia page, HBO Max is “an upcoming American subscription video-on-demand streaming service.”  HBO Max launches in May of this year and this show is one of the first we’ve heard for the service.

The Big Shot with Bethenny will apparently be a chance to work with Bethenny.   According to the press release from Warner Media, contestants will “compete for a chance to be second-in-command to business tycoon and Skinnygirl founder.”

The episodes will be one half-hour each and will test the contestants on coming up with creative solutions to problems and other factors to help further grow Bethenny’s empire.  It will also give us viewers a closer look into how she runs her business and continues to grow Skinnygirl as a brand.

Bethenny says she comes from a place of “yes” and works hard to come up with creative ideas and solutions to problems, which is what she’s looking for in her second in command.

Bethenny has been frank about wanting to step away from being in charge but wasn’t ready to let go of control yet, so it sounds like she is looking for someone she can trust to be in charge of the business when she isn’t around.  Welcome back, Bethenny!

The Real Housewives of New York City will be back April 2, 2020!
