The behavior of the men during this Below Deck episode is a representation of how Ashton Pienaar is leading his crew – and he’s leading them nowhere good.

With former RHOC star, Alexis Bellino, aboard the Below Deck yacht, the night is bound to go terribly.  Last week, Rhylee Gerber ate in the bathroom in her room.  While the crew was eating this week, none of them would allow Rhylee to sit with them.  She went back to her room again to eat on the floor.  But since Ashton is the lead, it seems the rest of the crew is just following their Bosun.  The tension between the men and the women on the boat is at an all-time high, just in time for the crew to go to the Chillva Night Market.

With one charter left, the boy’s banter is pretty dark.  Every sentence is about wanting to sleep with one of the girls, or wanting some sort of sexual favor from them while simultaneously calling them b***y.  It isn’t even just Rhylee at this point – no girl is safe.  Courtney Skippon is crying, Simone Mashile is mad.

While Kevin Dobson was procuring scorpions for a tasty charter treat, Rhylee came up behind him to procure herself a scorpion.  Kevin wasn’t done ordering, though.  Ashton Pienaar asked Kevin if he slapped Rhylee with his reproductive organs – then they all laughed.

And as a reward, Ashton was again on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.  Ashton said he was disappointed in himself and that he doesn’t disagree with Captain Lee’s declaration that he would not work with him again.  You can watch the clip on BravoTV.com.  His casual reference to sexual violence while shopping in a market is just another reason why Ashton is not fit for television or a management position.

But Ashton is on WWHL again as his reward for offering casual violence as a joke and generally being misogynistic all season long.

If Ashton can get away with being cruel and unusual, so can the rest of them.  This season has taken a turn for the worse and with only one charter left, can it be saved?

Below Deck is on Bravo every Monday at 9 PM ET.
