Real Housewives of Orange County: Did Dr. Deb use a racial slur at the fashion show?

The Real Housewives of Orange County has some behavioral issues this season, and I don’t even mean just the main cast.  Is Dr. Deb out of control?

I think it is safe to say that the fashion show on this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County was a disaster.  Depending on who you ask, Braunwyn Windham-Burke stole Vicki Gunvalson’s orange this season as a new full-time housewife.  “Dr Deb” aka Deborah Windham, M.D. as her Instagram bio states, is loving the spotlight.  So much so, she’s turned in to a full-fledged RHOC monster.

I stand by my earlier description of Deb at the fashion show, she looked like my dryer lint trap after a few loads of laundry.

In case you missed it…

The security guard who stopped Dr. Deb from entering the backstage area was actually the event sponsor of the event.  Mr. Christophe Keyes, of a luxury real estate company Keyes Opens Doors, was trying to keep people out of a private area.  He has no idea who Dr. Deb is, and was simply trying to keep an area secure.

Christophe took to his Instagram yesterday after the show aired to tell his side of the story.  He alleges that Deb used the completely inappropriate and inexcusable n-word when she didn’t get her way.  If you go back and watch, there’s an out of place pause in the audio where a certain word would fit.  Either way, Deb freaked out because she wasn’t allowed back there and started an argument.  She was mad, Braunwyn was mad, Christophe was mad.  But really, Dr. Deb was in the wrong.  If you aren’t allowed in a certain area, go elsewhere?  Find another bathroom?  Take another route?

Kathryn Marino, the woman with the microphone, also took to her Instagram to call Braunwyn and her family out.  Kathryn says that she accommodated Braunwyn’s daughter and her fashion show when in return Braunwyn threatened to throw her overboard.  She goes on to say that without Christophe, Rowan’s fashion show would not have happened.

Is Dr. Deb too big for her britches already, and she’s not even a cast member?  No matter how you swing it, racial slurs are completely unacceptable.  Where do we draw the line?
