Real Housewives of Orange County: Orange County fashion week here we come

The Real Housewives of Orange County are in for some fun and fashion this week for Orange County Fashion Week.  Or, perhaps they are in for neither.

This week on The Real Housewives of Orange County, we have Orange County fashion week, and boy is it a doozy!  Braunwyn Windham-Burke has funded her daughter’s dancewear dreams and is putting on a fashion show for her clothing line.

Dancewear FASHIONS

Dark Rabbit Dancewear has some interesting offerings.  First up we have a $69 strappy leotard, “Comfort and ease is fully implemented in this design.”  I know when I think “comfort and ease,” I think of a cut-out one piece that will accentuate the extra weight I’m carrying on my sides.   For the rest of us, this $39 wrap skirt that has sizing described as “Size Small is for People 5′ and Under.”  So, fully inclusive again.  There are four other items on the site for sale, but I think you get the point.

Braunwyn looks like a frosted goose that might be attached to a martini glass on a Christmas display.  Her mom looks like she’s wearing a ten-year-old painter’s apron found after someone passes away and you are cleaning out their back closets.  I think she has a tri-color bulletproof vest on, orange leggings, yellow shoes, and some dreadlocks that resemble my dryer lint trap when I forget to clear it out after a few months.  These are definitely the people I want heading my fashion show.

The show dissolves into utter chaos when Dr. Deb tries to use the bathroom and is stopped by an individual.  Braunwyn flips out on the fashion show director and Kelly threatens her with her calcium-infused juice beverage.  When the director bumps her with a microphone, Kelly says she hit her hard.  Lest we forget Kelly bonking Shannon over the head in Miraval.   The director gets up to announce the show and proposes everyone hashtag the event photos with anti-bullying slang.

Hair today, gone tomorrow

Kelly says that Gina Kirschenheiter changed her hair and looks “really ugly.”  At least she chose a single color story.  Shannon Storms Beador has her daughter walking in the show and is being a helicopter mom, per usual.  Adeline did a great job in the show, as did Rowan.  The adults need to have a seat and learn something from the children, but this is RHOC, after all.  That’s their MO.
