Southern Charm hit a new low today by having Ashley Jacobs show up at a party thrown by Eliza Limehouse.  It did not go as planned.

One of the worst people ever to grace the screens of Bravo, Ashley Jacobs, showed up to the party thrown by one of the least relevant people ever on Bravo, Eliza Limehouse, on this week’s episode of Southern Charm.

This was an Eliza-heavy episode, much to my chagrin.  Everything Eliza did and said was pretty offensive.

Eliza invited the crew out to fox hunt, but apparently, this turns immediately into a brunch without any foxes or hunting. A very uninspired cast event.

Eliza talks about how she will come into $50 million worth of property one day. She also mentions she is from the oldest family in Charleston (did you know?)

Eliza’s mother doesn’t want “Yankee children.” Really, just lovely people.

Going to the dark side

Eliza calls Ashley and Ashley takes the opportunity to talk about herself and how obsessed Thomas is with her.

Ashley says life is very tough because Thomas can’t play polo in California anymore, not because he allegedly sexually assaulted someone or anything.

Eliza says throwing a party is a southern woman thing. Really, she’s not doing anything, she’s just paying people to throw a party for her which takes no creativity at all.

As a good, extension-wearing-woman with a trust fund who doesn’t want Yankee children from the oldest family in Charleston, Eliza says the Christian thing to do is to invite Ashley.

Obviously, Ashley shows up.

Ashley will never miss an opportunity to harass people.  Craig goes to the people serving food and pretends he’s hanging with them to avoid her. Austen gets up from the table to avoid her.

Whitney doesn’t say hello and reminds Ashley that she’s been talking poorly about his mother. Ashley says Patricia Altschul is almost 80 and should know better.  Check out the clip below:

“I think you’re a bit delusional,” Whitney says, to which Ashley says, “same.”

Eliza asks at one point if she should ask Ashley to leave, then acts like she had no idea Ashley was a terrible person prior to today. Two peas in a pod.

Hopefully, next week has less Ashley, and perhaps a little less Eliza? Did you know she’s from the oldest family in Charleston? Now you know.
