Southern Charm New Orleans: “The Runway Runaway” recap

Southern Charm New Orleans has been full of fighting, secrets, and mostly Jeff Charleston acting erratically, this week was no different.

Southern Charm New Orleans started off with a bang last night with Jeff Charleston, Reagan Charleston, Tamica Lee, and Kelsey Nichols arguing at Kelsey and Justin’s newly renovated home.

Jeff is acting pretty erratic after the argument.  He’s laying down in the grass, he takes off running down the street, he even takes off his shirt and asks if the guys want to party.

After last week’s episode, Reagan tweeted out the following to her ex-husband, Jeff.

She didn’t even tag him in it, but after watching Jeff run amuck on this episode, I can only imagine what she’s referring to.

First Team

Barry is launching his clothing line, First Team Athletic Apparel.  As I write this, it doesn’t appear you can purchase anything yet.

The apparel only arrives the night before the event and everything comes incomplete.  The shirts are all one color, instead of a variety of colors.  On top of that, the apparel comes without the name on it.

Not catastrophic, but still a small setback.  Anyway, the show must go on.

The launch goes fine once Barry actually gets the clothing, but Jeff goes wild at the fashion show.  Jon Moody mentions to Jeff that his behavior doesn’t just affect him, but his friends too.  Jeff responds like he understands that, but his actions later on make me think differently.

One tequila, two tequila

Jeff is modeling the clothing for Barry, and as soon as he walks down the runway, he walks straight to the bar for a tequila soda.  Then he does some shots of tequila.

He finds a companion in one of the girls walking in the show and leaves early.  I’m not sure what happened between them leaving, and Jeff yelling at the camera, besides a lot of drinking, and 40 minutes.

You can see Jeff wandering around in the dark, talking to a producer about going home.  The production team is just following Jeff around New Orleans.

Jeff yells, “F— everyone, because nobody f—— cares” and runs off into the night one more time.

Reagan hasn’t clarified her tweet above, but I can only imagine what could have transpired between the two that caused the marriage to end.

Southern Charm New Orleans is on Bravo at 9 PM ET on Sunday.
