Below Deck Mediterranean has a recording artist on this week and Captain Sandy has “99 Problems But a Chef Ain’t One.”

Below Deck Mediterranean started out with a bang by firing Chef Mila in the first three minutes.  Captain Sandy sends Mila on her way, and Mila says thank you and just looks at her.

Sandy asks Anastasia to cook for the charter that arrives in two hours, and Mila starts packing.

Post-Mila

Hannah watches her leave and says that she believes a Taco Bell out there missing its chef. We hope they find her!  Also, don’t shade Taco Bell like that.

The charter guest has a songstress daughter that looks like Christina Aguilera in the Dirrty music video.  2002 was a great year for music, I’m glad we get to go back there.

Interestingly enough, you know these guests.  They are partners with Reza from Shahs of Sunset in his REZA Be Obsessed hair product line.

Under pressure

Anastasia has all eyes on her for this charter, so she starts off safe: making spinach and chicken enchiladas, white fish, Mexican street corn, Spanish rice, homemade tortillas, and even some guacamole.

The charter guests said she “nailed it,” which is more than anyone said about Mila’s food the entire time.

The primary charter guest comes in to harass Anastasia in the galley about cooking him gnocchi. Or “gnorcki,” if you ask Colin.  So, Anastasia makes him homemade spinach gnocchi like it’s no big deal.

Overall, the crew of Sirocco worked well together for this charter.  Anastasia stepped up to be chef, and Travis ended up cooking the crew meals to help her out.

In the middle of the night, João and Colin wake up to help Sandy move the boat. It looks like something goes on with the anchor, but we’ll have to wait until next week to find out.
