Kyle Richards, like so many Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) stars, just doesn’t seem to age.
So how does the reality TV star and actress stay so fit and fabulous? We’ve got the skinny below.
Kyle Richards boosts her fitness
Talking with Life & Style, Richards shared that before she turned 50, she was determined to boost her health game to look and feel great as she got older.
Kyle said that she has “honestly been working my a*s off harder than I’ve ever worked in my life because I was so scared to turn 50, which I just did.”
Even when she was sick with bronchitis, Richards went to the gym every day, with the attitude “I don’t care.” How determined is she to maintain her figure? Very!
And even when Kyle takes a day off, she does something active such as hiking with her friends, which she views as “like therapy.”
The RHOBH star also takes her dog for walks (awww!).

But Richards has a secret weapon in the fight against aging.
“I drink celery juice every day,” revealed the RHOBH star. “I do cleanses and am eating right.”
That celery juice plays a key role in getting her up and out the door of her mansion, said Kyle.

Kyle is so dedicated! Here’s her exact schedule:
- She wakes up at 5:30 a.m.
- Richards takes out the dogs.
- She gets her daughter Portia’s breakfast and snack ready.
- Kyle heads with friends to an exercise class, such as Soul Cycle, boxing, rowing, or hiking.
- Richards drinks her celery juice and begins her day.
