Teddi Mellencamp of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills knows what it takes to win at weight loss.

Now the RHOBH star is sharing her number one diet tip plus a few extra suggestions for getting slim more easily and quickly.

In addition to her reality TV role, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is an accountability coach.

Consequently, Teddi has lots of suggestions for healthy lifestyles, especially when it comes to diet, reported the Feast.

For example, when it comes to timing her meals, the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star advises eating at exactly the same time each day. She also believes that consistency is beneficial for weight loss, eating the same dinner “9 times out of 10.”

But there are three main diet tips that Teddi recommended when she responded to fans’ questions on social media.

During her Ask Me Anything session n Instagram, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star responded to a fan who wanted the best tips for a healthy lifestyle, and they all focus on diet:

  1. Water. Teddi recommends drinking “more water” than any other beverages.
  2. When you are at home and can make your own meals, avoid any foods that are processed. Prepare your own meals from scratch.
  3. One day at a time. The Real Housewives star urges that you “remind yourself — it’s a lifestyle change, not a diet.”

In addition, Teddi suggests that you get active every day or do something for yourself on a daily basis.  She urges that her fans “take some time every day” to achieve this goal.
