Dorit Kemsley and husband PK sued over swimwear line

Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK are reportedly being sued over their swimsuit line for not paying their business partner. Fans aren’t surprised.

Dorit Kemsley was proud to launch her swimsuit line on the previous season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Her husband, PK, worked along with her to ensure that the line was perfection and given his business experience, Dorit listened to everything he had to say. This included the name change that resulted in Dorit’s primary name, Nava, being cut in favor of Beverly Beach. While she didn’t love it at first, it sounds like it grew on her. During the finale episode, she appeared proud of everything she had accomplished.

But it sounds like someone isn’t too happy about this Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her husband. According to Page Six, their business partner, Ryan Horne,  is suing them for unpaid work. As it turns out, he claims that they had a verbal agreement that he would receive advances on the swimsuit line and that they would share profits. Since Horne claims that the line is worth $300,000, he is arguing that he’s owed at least half that money.

He’s suing the couple of $200,000 in Los Angeles. The agreement was supposedly made in August 2017 and Horne got to work, thinking he would be paid by the couple. He claims that he sent Dorit and PK over $129,052.51 in goods, but he was never paid anything. Horne is only suing the couple for the money he was owed, not additional money such as damages.

If Dorit doesn’t talk about this on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, it’s possible that Lisa Rinna will. Fans are hoping that she will bring the drama next season.
