Yolanda Hadid calls this RHOBH star a real friend – not a Hollywood friend

Yolanda Hadid recently called Erika Girardi a real friend as she celebrated her birthday. This is surprising since they are not on RHOBH together anymore.

Yolanda Hadid hasn’t been on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for years, but it sounds like she’s stayed close to the women who she thought were loyal friends. While filming, Yolanda was diagnosed with Lyme disease and she quickly realized that she had some real friends and others were just friends for the cameras. She called these friends Hollywood friends and she had no problem calling people out. While filming, they would ask her questions and see to care, but as soon as the cameras disappeared, they never checked in with her.

But it sounds like Yolanda Hadid has stayed close with some of the ladies. Brandi Glanville and Kim Richards appeared to be in the category of real friends. She previously questioned whether Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump were real friends. But it sounds like she has stayed in touch with one woman from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. As it turns out, Yolanda feels that Erika Girardi is one of those true friends.

The two ladies didn’t film a lot together, but it sounds like the time that they did spend together went well. When Erika celebrated her birthday this week, Hadid was one of the first to give her a shout-out.

Maybe Erika is there for Yolanda Hadid as she has just broken things off with her boyfriend. This news comes after David Foster announced his engagement to a much younger woman. Yolanda has hinted that his new future wife is too young for him, but he hasn’t said anything.
