Joe Gorga being sued over unpaid bills is the second legal issue in 2018

Joe Gorga is currently being sued for unpaid bills. Just a few weeks ago, he was supposedly caught shoplifting. His wife also sold counterfeit Chanel bags.

Joe Gorga has stayed silent over the past couple of months, as he’s been filming the newest season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. On the previous season of the show, Joe purchased a restaurant with his wife Melissa Gorga in hopes of honoring his mother’s wishes of having an Italian eatery that could get the family together. But shortly after the restaurant opened, he supposedly closed it so they could reopen elsewhere.

But it sounds like Joe Gorga could be in some kind of trouble. It’s uncertain whether this will be featured on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but he is supposedly being sued for unpaid bills. The lawsuit is featured on an Instagram account and it states that he’s being sued for just over $17,000 by a window company. This is the second legal issue facing him, as he was supposedly caught shoplifting at Home Depot earlier this year.

Melissa Gorga hasn’t said anything about her husband’s legal problems, but it’s clear that she hasn’t said anything about as she could get in trouble. When she announced that they were filming again her post was quickly removed from social media.

But Melissa has also been in some trouble. Earlier this year, she announced that she had been selling fake Chanel bags at her ENVY store in New Jersey. She explained that she would cease all sales, but she didn’t say anything about giving customers a refund. It sounds like this couple is currently plagued with legal issues.
