Some fans called to Lisa possibly getting dentures, as her smile appears completely changed, not just one or two teeth. Some fans called to other dental procedures, revealing that Kyle Richards may have had similar work done.

Of course, it seems like Real Housewives of Beverly Hills viewers aren’t trying to throw shade or be mean about Lisa Vanderpump’s new teeth. However, some people do think that she had dentures made. Vanderpump has never talked about having bad teeth.
