Lisa Vanderpump recently received a complaint on Twitter and she handled it with class and in a timely manner.

Lisa Vanderpump is proud of her establishments in Hollywood, as she continues to grow her empire in the city. She recently opened PUMP down the street from SUR and over the past year, she’s worked on Tom-Tom, a new bar with Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz as business partners. Many people always reach out to Lisa to get a reservation at these establishments and usually, people gush about how awesome the food was.

But Lisa also faces some criticism on social media, and it sounds like she takes them very seriously. This week, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star learned that someone at PUMP had shut down the bar before time, kicking out the guests. The person who made the claims revealed he was at the establishment and that he wanted Lisa to know what had happened.

Lisa responded promptly, sharing that she would review the security footage once she got to the restaurant the day after. She also explains that she would love to talk to the customer to get his side of the story.

As it turns out, it could have been a new security guard had called “last call” for drinks, but Lisa reveals that wasn’t his job. She also points out that the new security guard had been fired.

It sounds like Lisa Vanderpump takes her business ventures very seriously and she addresses any complaints. Perhaps she handles her businesses like she does her friendships. She does her research to figure out what happened before acting on it. She didn’t slam Dorit Kemsley for speaking behind her back before she knew what was said. After watching this season of the show, Lisa has revealed that she’s going to confront Dorit on the reunion special.
