Andy Cohen to Siggy Flicker: Get off Twitter!
Siggy Flicker has been dealing with the most drama on Season 8 of RHONJ and much of it has spilled over onto Twitter.
The other night, Dolores Catania was a guest on Watch What Happens Live and Siggy Flicker was in the studio audience to support her friend. While she was there, Andy Cohen gave Siggy a very useful piece of advice to help get her through the upcoming episodes of RHONJ.
It turns out that Andy may want Siggy to scale back on Twitter according to Page Six. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is admittedly very active on her social media account. During this season of the Bravo hit. she’s been communicating with her fans on the Twitter platform quite a bit, us included.
We love chatting it up with Siggy but we know that social media can literally suck out your soul. Andy Cohen seems to know that too because he told Siggy to stop responding so much.
It seems that the beef between Siggy Flicker and Margaret Josephs may be taking its toll on the relationship expert. Week after week, Margaret is online taking shots at Siggy and cheering on those who do the same.
Siggy admitted early on that she’s been blocking her haters and hecklers. There are quite a few RHONJ fans who can’t communicate to her anymore because they were offensive enough to bring down the ban hammer.
Is that not enough to bring Siggy Flicker peace of mind? It seems that the answer might be no. After all, every week of drama on Real Housewives of New Jersey seems to bring a new wave of support for Margaret and more criticism of Siggy. We’re just sitting over here waiting for the tables to turn because it has to happen sooner or later.
In the meantime, Andy told Siggy to stop being “so responsive”
Andy Cohen reportedly explained to Siggy Flicker that she’s definitely going above and beyond with her Twitter activity. She’s not required to do so much in order to fulfill her RHONJ contract and that if she keeps entertaining the trolls, they’ll just drive her “f**king insane.”
Andy also suggested that, rather than blocking the trolls, that Siggy mute them instead. He explained that by blocking them, she’s probably just tempting them to make more accounts and be that much more irritating when they come back.
I really hope that Siggy takes Andy’s suggestions to heart. After seeing plenty of the trolling myself, it’s easy to see how that constant barrage of negativity can just weigh on a person.

It’s obvious that Siggy is the type of person who wears her heart on her sleeve and gets her feelings hurt easily. It probably would be a good idea to take breaks from Twitter and to do everything possible to not feed the trolls.
