Yolanda Hadid and David Foster finalize divorce

The former RHOBH couple has finalized their divorce after nearly two years. 

After watching Yolanda Hadid on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for a few seasons, news of her divorce was sad for fans. She shared her struggle with Lyme disease. It not only affected her, but it also affected her marriage to David Foster.

The couple spent nearly a decade together. Her three children lived with her and David in Beverly Hills. When things got complicated for Hadid, Foster dipped out. He was never a huge player on the show. He’d make appearances here and there, mostly to show off.

Yolanda spent a lot of time with the women on the show but clashed with them over her disease. Several of the cast members questioned whether or not she was actually sick. They talked about it over and over again. Lisa Rinna even suggested she had Munchausen syndrome. It was the only thing talked about that season. Ironically, that is also when rumors of trouble in paradise started.

Almost two years ago, Yolanda Hadid and David Foster released a joint statement announcing their marriage was over. Just one month later in January 2016, Hadid officially filed for divorce. According to Us Weekly, last week the divorce was finalized. There is reportedly some financial issues the couple has to work out, but they are legally over at this point. It has been a long time coming though.

David Foster has moved on to dating a much younger woman. Yolanda Hadid hasn’t been spotted with anyone new yet. Rumors of Foster’s budding relationship have been splashed all over, though a relationship has not been confirmed.

It was sad to see the two split, especially because at one point, Yolanda Hadid looked incredibly happy. She decided to exit The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and likely won’t return. The women talking about her health was incredibly disheartening, and she shouldn’t be subjected to that.
