NeNe Leakes fired from another gig? RHOA peach holders refuse to film with her after rape controversy

NeNe Leakes may be proof that anyone can be fired from RHOA if they behave badly enough. 

Let’s just be real here for a minute. NeNe Leakes is a line crosser. In the past, that was one of the reasons that RHOA fans loved her and helped her to achieve so much popularity. Now, the reality star’s mouth may have just been her undoing.

NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak have been engaged in an epic feud that recently bubbled way over. After Brielle posted a video of a bug or bugs in NeNe’s bathroom, the RHOA star has been battling ferociously back and forth with Kim Zolciak on social media.

Things reached a breaking point when NeNe accused Kim and her whole family of being racist on social media. Kim Zolciak felt that her former friend had gone too far. She hired Marty Singer to be her attorney and it’s still unclear what legal action Kim plans to take.

That is currently the least of NeNe’s worries. At the height of her feud with Kim Zolciak, NeNe Leakes managed to get herself in big trouble all on her own.

While performing on stage in Oakland, California last week, NeNe had an unfortunate encounter with a heckler. It’s unclear what the woman said first but NeNe responded, telling the woman that she hopes she gets raped by the Uber driver on the way home. This was easily NeNe Leakes’ lowest moment.

Now NeNe has managed to find herself in the same dilemma that reportedly ended Phaedra Parks’ run on RHOA. Radar Online reports that several of the peach holders refuse to film with her now.

Normally I’d question a report like this considering the size of NeNe Leakes’ fanbase and the fact that she is one of the RHOA originals but there seems to be plenty of evidence on social media that the other housewives are not siding with or supporting NeNe.

Let’s just start with Kandi Burruss. She and NeNe have been friends for years and seem to have gotten tighter while filming Season 10 of RHOA. NeNe even supported her friend by wearing some pretty awful outfits from that Tags boutique and then posting pictures of it on Instagram.

In the wake of the rape comments, Kandi and the rest of the Xscape crew decided to give NeNe the boot from their tour. The news came just days after learning she would be joining them as the host.

Even more recently, Kim Zolciak posted a series of photos of herself and her family hanging out with Sheree Whitfield. Kim and Sheree are two more OGs from the beginning of RHOA. Sheree came back last season and stuck around for the drama-filled Season 10.

Based on the photos that Kim posted, Sheree is definitely taking sides and she didn’t pick NeNe. However, it’s worth noting that Sheree did not repost those same photos.

She has been repping pretty hard for Kim, though. Sheree has posted multiple times about Kim’s spinoff show Don’t Be Tardy. What she hasn’t done is post anything about or containing images of NeNe Leake aside from the official Bravo pictures that the RHOA group took together.

It seems like a no-brainer that Kim Zolciak would refuse to film with NeNe. Even before the rape comments, Kim hired a lawyer and made it clear that her former friend had completely crossed the line.

The Radar report claims that even Porsha Williams is siding with Kim and refuses to spend time on camera with NeNe. That also makes sense for two reasons. The first being that she was at the wrong end of a rape lie that lost her a friendship last season. That mess is still fresh and Porsha probably isn’t over it yet.

The other reason Porsha is likely siding with Kim has to do with the reports that she and NeNe had begun feuding again. NeNe’s downfall likely just came at the right time for Porsha but timing is everything and right now, NeNe Leakes has found herself on the outs with the cast of a show that she helped to create.

Out of all of the RHOA women, the only one who seems to be siding with NeNe, or at least supporting her, is Cynthia Bailey. Right after the heckler incident, NeNe posted a picture of herself with Cynthia and Marlo with a caption about laughing, crying, and making faces. It’s worth noting that Cynthia did not repost the picture to her own Instagram account.

Cynthia seems to side with the most controversial housewife a lot and has a long history of friendship with Kenya Moore, of all people. Even if Cynthia will film with NeNe, they can’t do the whole show without any other women.

Right now it’s still unclear if NeNe Leakes will be fired from RHOA or if she’ll be getting another chance. Season 10 is still filming so it should be pretty obvious if NeNe just stops showing up part way through the season.
