RHOBH star Kyle Richards gets ABC show based on her life titled Glass Houses

Kyle Richards’ life is so interesting that the world needs two shows about it. 

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star announced last season that she had a television show in the works. It was to be based on her childhood from her point of view.

Richards revealed that neither sister wanted to help with the project, and she was going forward with it on her own. The title for that show is American Woman.

When it was announced that ABC was looking to base a show off of Kyle Richards’ life, RHOBH fans assumed they were picking up the American Woman concept. That is not the case.

According to Variety, Kyle Richards is having a show written about her life. It is going to be centered on the real estate side of things, tentatively titled, Glass Houses.

Finding out about the two shows based on Kyle Richards was a shock to RHOBH viewers. There is a lot about her that people aren’t interested in.

Yes, she is a privileged woman with a good-looking husband and pretty daughters. Her sisters are Kathy Hilton and Kim Richards, and that should speak for itself. There isn’t anything people have voiced they wanted to see, except maybe some details about her early childhood, which should be covered in American Woman.

There haven’t been any details released about when Glass Houses will be ready to air, but speculation is next fall sometime. ABC is taking a risk on this one, especially since she isn’t one of the heavily favored housewives. Yes, she is popular among her group, but the viewers aren’t all “team Kyle.”
