The Hills alum Kristin Cavallari, 37, recently made her new relationship with 24 year-old Mark Estes Instagram official and people have some very mixed opinions.

Cavallari rose to fame on MTV after joining the cast of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County in 2004 and then following her co-star Lauren Conrad to Los Angeles to stir up some drama in the spin-off series The Hills. She married NFL star Jay Cutler and the two of them had three children together before announcing that they had chosen to get divorced in 2020.

Four years after they originally filed for divorce, Cavallari has been turning heads with her latest romance with a man 13 years younger than her. Some fans have been cracking jokes in her comment section by saying things like, "She’s finally posting pics of her kids" while others are supportive with comments like, "No one is saying nothing about 49 years old Bradley Cooper dating 28 years old Gigi Hadid" and sharing stories of their own love stories.

Before dating Kristin Cavallari, Mark Estes played college football for Montana Tech in Butte, Montana and Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. According to the former college athlete's Instagram bio, he's from Nashville, Tennessee, which is where Cavallari currently lives.

His Instagram account also shows a past of participating in other sports, but it looks like he's more focused on getting creative and getting followers these days. He has a joint TikTok account with two friends where they boast over half a million followers. The MontanaBoyz account is shared between Mark Estes and two of his friends, Kaleb Campbell Winterburn and Kade Cutter Wilcox.

Estes has also modeled for Montana-based clothing brand Belmont Acres Clothing, as shown on their Instagram account.

Kristin Cavallari previously said dating is "not important"

The reveal that she's dating another athlete comes just under a year after Kristin Cavallari previously told E! News that she wasn't looking to get into a relationship.

"I've had a lot of fun in the last few years, just really focusing on my friends and getting to hang out with my friends again, because I didn't get to do that for a long time," she told them, referencing the fact that she was so busy being a wife and mom for so long and didn't have time to just spend time with her friends.

But, that doesn't mean she was entirely against finding love again.

"I want to meet someone organically," she said in reference to what she's looking for in a person, also saying that anyone could be her perfect match, as long as they have "chemistry."
