RHONJ's Jackie Goldschneider talks about her current relationship status with Teresa Giudice

On the red carpet of the MTV Video Music Awards, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jackie Goldschneider had a chance to answer some questions about the latest season of the series, and specifically the secret that she was holding onto revolving around Teresa Giudice's husband, Louis Ruelas.

Speaking to US Weekly, Goldschneider made it clear that she was actually happy, in the long run, that the secret came out at the dinner hosted by Dolores Catania.

According to the reality star, the secret was one that she didn't even feel comfortable holding onto. And while it may not have come out in a way that she wanted, she is glad that it is now out in the open.

"I knew the whole world was gonna make it a big deal. But it actually felt very good to me to not have a secret anymore."

But what else did she have to say? Well, she also talked about the current status of her relationship with Teresa Giudice and where they stand following the end of the season.

All things considered, Goldschneider made it clear that if that secret had not come out, her friendship with Giudice might not have been able to move forward. And while they may not be besties, they are working on their relationship.

"You can’t keep a secret like that from a friend and have a normal friendship. I don’t think we’re a part of each other’s inner circles. But we are both very invested in growing a friendship."

It is nice to learn that these two women are still working on their friendship even after the cameras have stopped recording. And it makes perfect sense that they are not actually in each other's inner circles, as they were never really that close to begin with.

If both Teresa and Jackie are invited back to a new season of RHONJ, it would be interesting to see if they actually can build their relationship and be friends. It would be nice to see them doing things together that have nothing to do with the other women (or taking down any of the others).
