Is Wes Bergmann the right choice for House of Villains season 2?
The cast for the second season of House Villains on E! has been revealed, with Joel McHale returning once again as host. And with it comes a few surprises. Not only are we getting Teresa Giudice herself, but they have once again snagged veteran of The Challenge.
While season 1 of House of Villains gave us Johnny Bananas as one of our villains, this year it is all about Wes Bergmann! Considering he has been a staple of The Challenge for years, it was inevitable that he would make some enemies. But the thing about Wes is that he lives for chaos and drama, as long as he is the man behind it all.
Wes Bergmann will need allies to make it far on House of Villains
As a more recent fan of The Challenge (although it has technically been seven years at this point), I never really got to see how Wes became one of the villains of the series. But I have definitely seen him in action and the thing that makes him so great as a reality TV villain is that he is so brilliant.
Wes Bergmann knows how to play a game. He knows how to be psyhcological with his statements and the things that he does. And he also knows how to get people on his side. The thing that makes him such a successful villain is the fact that he still has allies.
In order to survive on House of Villains, he is going to need allies. He is going to need to twist things perfectly to not only get rid of the people who could challenge him, but to have people willing to stand with him as well.
The biggest issue I think that Wes is going to have is that some of these people are going to know exactly who he is and what he does, especially since they themselves are villains who do similar things. However, I cannot deny that as a fan of The Challenge, I know that Wes might just be the ultimate villain on this series, because he is almost too smart for his own good.
What do you think of Wes Bergmann's casting? Do you think he will last as long as Johnny Bananas? Does he have what it takes to win?
