If you are a fan of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, then you know that Gia Giudice has grown up on our screens. And in the last few seasons of the series, she has certainly had her voice heard multiple times.

While Giudice is the eldest daughter of Joe and Teresa Giudice, that doesn't mean that she lives off of her parents. According to The Daily Dish, in a recent appearance on the Trading Secrets podcast, Gia decided to open up about her finances in order to set the record straight.

Although Gia Giudice does live at home with her mother and stepfather, she shared that she pays her own way. She doesn't want people to think that she is financed by her mother or father, even if they did help her get her start, they aren't actually paying her bills anymore.

Gia Giudice says she's on her own financially

"I am completely on my own in the way of — besides my living situation. I still do live [at] home with my family — but financially, I do cover everything myself. I don't really get money from my parents anymore."

In fact, she shared that now that she has graduated from college, her new car has been her biggest expense. She admitted that her mother let her know that once she was out of college, her first car was something she would have to pay for herself. And it seems that is exactly what has happened as Gia Giudice has apparently leased a new car, specifically her dream car, which is a Porsche.

Gia is working on building her own wealth. And for her, that means potentially getting into property investments. She shared that her goal is to start with a two-family home and build up from there.

Honestly, we aren't all that surprised that Gia Giudice is paying her own bills, even if she is still living with her mother. And we look forward to seeing what comes next for her as she does work towards building her own bank account.

Are you surprised to have Gia Giudice talking about her finances? What do you think about what she shared?
