Christine Quinn seeks full custody of her son after accusing her ex-husband of child abuse
Christine Quinn has a new filing with the court which includes all the details about "fake heart attacks" and even the alleged dog poop flinging incident. But the thing that really stands out is the fact that the former Selling Sunset star is asking for full custody of her son whom she shares with ex-husband Christian Richard.
According to Reality Tea, Christine is alleging that her ex-husband had "committed acts of domestic violence against both her and her son," as learned from the court filing. Knowing that allegation, it, of course, makes perfect sense that she would be asking for full custody of their child.
It seems there have been problems in the relationship between Christine and Christian for quite some time now. And while things may have come to a head in March 2024, the filing indicates that these issues allegedly date back as far as when their son was born. In fact, Christine is asking the courts for help in getting her ex to pay the medical bills from the birth of their child, who is already two years old.
Considering both Christine and Christian have filed restraining orders against each other, it is unsurprising that there is going to be a custody battle for their son. Christine is seeking both legal and physical custody of their child, and she is also asking that the courts deny Christian visitation as well.
It certainly sounds like things are going to be very ugly with this situation, especially since the courts are still determining the temporary restraining order that Christine filed, with a hearing set for this week.
There is a long way to go before Christine and Christian can move on with their lives, but at this point, there is also a lot that needs to be resolved first.
Are you at all surprised by what has happened between these two?
