Lisa Barlow reacts to Monica Garcia saying she cost her the RHOSLC snowflake
Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City might already be seven episodes deep, but that doesn't mean we aren't still back in season 4 when Monica Garcia was one of our housewives. And Monica has made it perfectly clear that she believes the reason that she is not still on the Bravo show is because of Lisa Barlow and Heather Gay.
Whether or not Lisa and Heather made an impact in Monica not returning to RHOSLC for Season 5, it is clear that these ladies are not on the same page. And considering the sense of betrayal that both Lisa and Heather were likely feeling over Monica being part of a tea spilling social media account, we wouldn't blame them if they did make it clear that they don't want to work with the other woman.
So it likely comes as no surprise that Lisa Barlow is responding to Monica Garcia's claims that she is one of the reasons that the latter didn't get to keep her snowflake for season 5. According to Reality Tea, Barlow rejects the notion that she has any say in who gets to be a housewife.
What did Lisa Barlow have to say about Monica Garcia saying she is the reason that the other woman didn't keep her snowflake?
Not only did Lisa say that she did not have a say in Monica's departure from RHOSLC, but she also made it clear that she has no say in what happens with the show.
As Lisa Barlow pointed out, "If I had that much control, my edit would be amazing. I would be the hero every single season." And we have to agree with her since there have been plenty of moments where Lisa doesn't get shown in the best light on RHOSLC.
Even when asked about Monica potentially coming back for another season, Lisa didn't have a favorable opinion on that, which is unsurprising, especially when she pointed out that, "it’s like she is obsessed with me and Heather. She can’t stop talking about us."
Whether we see Monica back on RHOSLC or not, it is clear that Lisa is not going to put up with the other woman blaming her for the loss of a snowflake. And we appreciate her honesty about how she would do the edit for herself over the others.
Are you surprised that Monica is blaming Lisa for the loss of her snowflake on RHOSLC? Do you agree with Lisa that if she did have that level of control over RHOSLC that she would make herself look better on screen?
