As a member of the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast, Cynthia Bailey has been through some things. Not only have we seen her through two marriages, but also two divorces. We have seen her daughter grow up and go off to college and we have seen a lot of other things from Cynthia.
Over the years, it has really felt like we have watched the ins and outs of Cynthia Bailey’s life. So it likely comes as no surprise that when she started dating her newest partner, she wanted to keep it to herself. However, after nearly a year of dating, she finally opened up and shared exactly who she is dating.
Earlier in March, Cynthia revealed that she was dating a musician by the name of Le’Prince. And recently she decided to open up a bit about how things have been going since she decided to reveal the news of who she was dating.
It turns out that now that "the cat is out of the bag" on who she is dating, it sounds like she is ready to be more public with him as well. This means having him with her for red carpets and other public events.
Cynthia Bailey is ready to be more public with her relationship with Le'Prince
But just because she is ready to be more public in her relationship that doesn't mean that she doesn't understand the pitfalls associated with that publicity. As The Daily Dish reported, according to Cynthia, "[We're] still staying off social media. I personally just don't feel like social media is a place that promotes love. It's very toxic, and I've been through it."
Not only that, but she also realizes that it is more difficult to be private with their relationship now that people know who he is. But in talking about why she wanted to keep her man to herself for that first year of their relationship Cynthia explained, "I've been through marriages, through divorces, and I've met someone I really like, and I just really want a fair chance to just kind of get to know him, not in a public way."
All things considered, her desire for privacy at the start of this new relationship makes perfect sense. The last thing she needs is cameras in their faces as they are trying to build something new. And she has already been through all of this in the public eye, so trying something different can't hurt.
We can't wait to see if Le'Prince pops up on RHOA in the future, or if Cynthia Bailey decides to pick up her peach as a full-time housewife once again. But for now, at least we have Cynthia as a friend on RHOA in season 16, as we love it when she shows up on our screens.
