On March 24, The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Gia Giudice launched her new podcast, Casual Chaos with Gia Giudice. And she did not hold back in her premiere episode.
Considering Gia grew up on RHONJ, we have seen the good and the bad of her life play out on our screens. So it likely comes as no surprise that in her very first podcast episode, she decided to get some of the darker topics out of the way. And what could be darker than what her parents and family went through in the public eye?
In kicking off her newest project, Gia Giudice decided to open up about her family's legal dramas and what life was like from her perspective. Not only did she talk about how her life changed when her parents were sentenced to prison, but she also really opened up about her relationship with her mother, Teresa Giudice.
Gia Giudice is not holding back in her new podcast
Perhaps unsurprisingly to fans of RHONJ, Gia made it clear that she and her mom are extremely close and they always have been. She made sure that when legal problems led to her family being broken apart, first by prison stays and then her father's deportation, she stepped up to be the rock for her sisters and her parents.
According to Gia, "So, during that time on the show, I still am, but I’ve always been my mom’s right-hand man. No matter what, it’s her and I through it all. If she has no one, I’m right there with her. It kind of made me have a more serious attitude on the show and not be my fun, lighthearted, honestly, don’t give a f*ck self."
Honestly, as someone who has been a longtime viewer of RHONJ, I highly recommend checking out Casual Chaos with Gia Giudice. It is interesting to hear her perspective on things and just have her talk more about her relationship with her family. Whether you agree with her or not, there is no denying that she is a fully supportive daughter. She is not going to mess around when it comes to how her mom or dad is treated or even spoken about.
We all know that there is a lot of division when it comes to the RHONJ cast and even among family members, so not everyone is going to want to hear what Gia has to say. But if you are a fan of Teresa, and you want to get new insight into life in Jersey, then this podcast could be for you.
