Season 1 of Sold on SLC came to a close on February 5 on Bravo. And there was plenty of drama to be found, even as Presidio (the real estate company at the heart of the series) celebrated the opening of their brand new office.
By the end of the episode, we actually got some updates about the realtors who were the main focus of this series. These updates and everything that went down throughout the season left us with a wishlist of things we really want to see if we get a second season of the series. And we definitely hope there is a second season because we need more of these newly introduced Bravolebrities.
So what all do we want to see in the future on Bravo's Sold on SLC?
Our wishlist for Season 2 of Sold on SLC

More of Tyna
Honestly, one of the highlights of the season was Tyna. She felt like one of the more professional people in the office and the way that she interacted with everyone felt authentic from the start. At the same time, after seeing her update in the final moments of the finale, we want to know what happened and how things have changed for her.
Jen being more professional and less involved in the drama
During the retreat where Jen asked her agents to tell her what they think, one suggestion was for her to be more neutral when it comes to drama amongst the agents. They wanted her to stop taking sides and be more of a mediator. And in the final episode, it felt like she was finally understanding that she needed to be the boss and not everyone's friend. In Season 2, we want to see Jen being the professional boss lady that she is and not get engaged in so much of the drama. She needs to be the neutral party.
Matt needs to take accountability
Honestly, we don't think that Matt will ever really take accountability when it comes to the things that he does and says. But, it would be nice if he found a way to apologize to his fellow agents when it comes to the way he treats them. Perhaps having Jen tell him that their friendship is hurting her business might be the wake-up call he needed. But we don't think so.
More actual real estate work
The series is called Sold on SLC and yet it doesn't feel like we got to see a whole lot of selling or actual real estate. I think if they showcased more of the homes that they are trying to sell, this series would be better. The entire point of these types of shows is to not only get a glimpse at luxury real estate but to also see inside other people's homes. So we want more of that, especially considering the fact that this series was about these agents who were meant to be showing off the impressive real estate in SLC.
What happened with Lisa Barlow?
A big part of the premiere/introduction of Sold on SLC was the crossover between this new series and The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Lisa Barlow was looking for a new home and her agent works with Presidio. So we want to know what happened. Did she find a home that she loved? Did they decide to build? We want that resolution so that way the storyline is closed out.
