Lance Bass shares a post Hot Ones NSYNC video that proves that hot sauce wins every time

“It’s Tearing Up My Heart” to see NSYNC back together and we are really just living for this pop culture moment that so many of us have been waiting for. And their latest group appearance is not on a musical stage, but rather on the iconic Hot Ones challenge.

While the NSYNC Hot Ones episode drops on September 21, the group and Lance Bass have been keeping us up to date about those behind-the-scenes moments. Not only did they share a look at how they got ready for what is basically a spicy wing challenge, but Bass also shared a post-Hot Ones appearance video on his social media accounts.

Honestly, it looks like the only member of NSYNC who really seemed to come away from Hot Ones unscathed was JC Chasez! For Lance, it looks like the preventative Pepto Bismol was a complete bust. And poor Chris Kirkpatrick was clearly suffering as he could barely speak properly.

It is clear that at least some of the members of NSYNC are definitely sweating after that challenge. Lance let us know his tongue was on fire and it was just as bad as he expected it to be.

What else did we learn from the post-Hot Ones video? Well, we learned that JC hates hot sauce, but actually wasn’t phased by this particular challenge. Whereas everyone else was more than phased, we think there might have been actual torture involved.

Chris revealed that he dived into ice cream in order to coat his tongue in relief, but unfortunately for him, his face was also numb at the same time. And honestly, the entire thing is both highly funny and also exactly what we expected to see.

Perhaps the only surprise is just how chill JC is after the challenge. He is the only one who seemed to not be suffering from the heat.

We can’t wait to see the actual Hot Ones challenge with NSYNC, and if Lance Bass is to be believed, there will be actual tears on faces.
