Drake Bell is “missing and endangered. . .” here’s what that means
UPDATE: Drake Bell has been found safe and is in contact with law enforcement officials.
Former “Drake and Josh” actor Drake Bell is endangered and missing, according to Florida authorities.
Despite the fact that Drake Bell hasn’t been in the public spotlight in years, he remains one of the most recognizable names for a certain age group. The former “Drake and Josh” star was steadily working as an actor through his childhood up through adulthood. Eventually, however, this would fizzle out.
His name would enter headlines for other reasons, including a charge for Driving Under the Influence in 2015. Years later, Bell would make headlines once again for a negative reason, being arrested and charged with “attempted endangering of children and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.”
What does Drake Bell’s “missing and endangered” status mean?
The gut reaction to the news that Drake Bell is “missing and endangered” is concern. The actor has only been in headlines for negative reasons in recent years and seemingly does not have a lot going for him. This situation has drawn fast concern.
The news was released by Florida authorities who were asking the public for help locating him. He was last seen “in a 2022 grey BMW and his last known location is potentially the area of Mainland High School.”
But what does “missing and endangered” actually mean?
It’s really quite simple but does not give much clarification — it means that Drake Bell is missing and “believed to be in danger because of age, health, mental or physical disability, environment, weather conditions, or in the company of a potentially dangerous person of some other factor that may expose the person to possible harm or injury.”
Again, this is pretty vague, so we can only speculate which situation is putting him in danger. Some speculate that Bell could be suffering from a mental health crisis, while others have created theories that he has been kidnapped. This is all speculation — we do not know the exact situation here.
