‘Wednesday’s’ Percy Hynes White has a mind-blowing lookalike

Netflix’s Wednesday is taking the world by storm with its modern take on the classic Addams Family. While you can read about the actual show pretty much anywhere online, fans have taken it upon themselves to come up with theories for next season, shipping their favorite characters, and even finding some insane celebrity lookalikes.

Percy Hynes White is a Canadian actor who plays Xavier on Wednesday, a fan favorite on the show. The twenty-one-year-old is also known for Night at the Museum, Pretty Hard Cases, The Gifted, and more. He is becoming increasingly popular online due to fans finding his celebrity doppelgangers.

Through posts on TikTok, fans were quick to notice the similarities the three (yes, three) boys have. Lookalikes in general can be difficult to find, but it’s even crazier when you look exactly like a set of famous twins. Some fans were convinced they were the same person or secretly related. This raises the question: is Percy Hynes White part of The Garden?

The answer is no, but the similarities are unbelievable.

Fans of The Garden were quick to notice Percy’s uncanny resemblance to the members of their favorite band, Fletcher and Wyatt Shears. The twin brothers make up the experimental rock band, created in 2011. The Shears are 29 years old and from Orange County, California. Both have been involved in the music scene for a long time, each having their own separate projects. Fletcher makes solo music under the name Puzzle, while Wyatt uses the name Enjoy.

This coincidence continues to get crazier. Fletcher and Wyatt dress in jester costumes with face paint during live performances and music videos, which has become a huge part of their brand. In the show ‘Wednesday”, Percy’s character Wyatt wears a jester costume in the Raven Cup scene. Fans are wondering if Tim Burton or producers on the show pulled inspiration from The Garden or if was purely by chance.

The comparisons have become so popular online that they have made their way back to Percy. In his Instagram story, he posted a fan’s message asking, “Are you secretly related to the Shears twins from The Garden?” Percy responded to the question with a silly face, which doesn’t completely ruin the fun fan theory. So far, Fletcher and Wyatt have not commented on the rumors, if they have even heard them in the first place.

Can’t tell them apart? Neither can we. In all seriousness, Percy is not a secret Shears triplet or a member of The Garden, even with the coincidences.
