Emilia Clarke sparks weight worries in street photos

Emilia Clarke has sparked concern over her weight, this as new street photos show her on the set of the upcoming Marvel  Secret Invasion mini-series. The Game of Thrones actress made headlines at the end of January for being snapped filming her latest gig – while the pale makeup was likely part of the costume, fan comments seemed to be suggesting worry beyond the wardrobe department.

Scroll for the snaps. They showed the Clinique ambassador rocking a ’90s and grungey look. Emilia sported a slouchy pair of black army pants paired with chunky black leather boots – up top, meanwhile, the 35-year-old wore a khaki and pink-accent tee accessorized by a black-collared and pink jacket. The signature blonde locks were nowhere to be seen, with the Mother of Dragons wearing her dark hair in a bob.

The images, circulated by Just Jared, came with the media outlet writing: “Emilia Clarke was spotted on the set of the Marvel series “Secret Invasion” on Thursday and we have tons of photos on our site!”

Topping replies, but not directly referring to the actress’ weight was a remark reading: “Why they make her looks [sic] like that.” Others, however, made their views clear. “She looks so thin,” one fan wrote with a shocked-face emoji. Another, suggesting the star has aged, said: “SO skinny??? Like since when does she look like this????😧☹️😳 In GOT she looked amazing.”

“She looks so thin” was echoed by a separate user, with a further fan writing: “So skinny.” For some, though, the focus was on the on-set wardrobe – “Why does every marvel character have to have the fingerless glove look to look like they’re in an action movie,” a user replied.
