Rebel Wilson is reminding the digital space that her 2020 “year of health” wasn’t just a one-year deal. The 41-year-old actress has dropped 77 pounds since deciding to ditch her unhealthy lifestyle, with a recent photo showing her on the beach and going for a pink swimsuit look as she spent quality time with her sisters.
Posting to Instagram at the end of January, the Pooch Perfect star stunned fans while in a Barbie-pink bathing suit, also rocking a ponytail and shades finish, plus some cute black beachwear. The post quickly gained likes, also showing Rebel living her best life.

Scroll for the photo, one coming with twinning energy – except there were three people. Rebel was out on a private island with sisters Annachi and Liberty. The Olly wellness partner posed confidently while in a “Let’s Get Physical” one-piece, also donning chic and sporty black shorts and a sheer outer jacket for a more dressed-up finish. Her siblings, meanwhile, opted for bathing suits with “MAMA” and “GOT IT FROM MY MAMA” on them. Rebel accessorized her ensemble via a chic green bag, also sporting wedge sandals adding a little height to her frame.
The photo, which gained over 100,000 likes in a day, came with Wilson writing: “The Wilson sisters for the WIN!”

Rebel’s journey has been candid and not just about looking slimmer. The actress went on Instagram Live in 2020 to admit that she still turns to chocolate on tough days, with 2021 seeing her revisit the weight loss and maintaining it – her weight loss goal was 165 pounds and achieved last year.
Speaking to Today, Wilson admitted she’s still in shock over it all, stating:
“It is weird, because I haven’t been trying to, it’s just that the lifestyle habits that I did last year have kind of become ingrained,” adding: “So it’s good. I think I’m a little bit shocked, because I was worried. I think everybody who’s struggled with their weight has at times (felt like that) … I’ve managed to maintain that for almost a year. It’s just all those lifestyle habits changing.”
