Kaia Gerber was stripped down to a tiny and cheeky bikini during her recent Mexico getaway – it also looks like the 20-year-old has sparked a medical concern. The rising supermodel and daughter to Cindy Crawford has been out in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with her model vet mom and dad Rande Gerber, where photos have shown her poolside – and not minus drama.

Kaia appeared unaware she was being chased by the paparazzi, with luxury resort-set shots showing her in a thong yellow bikini and cute sunhat as she made her way around deckchairs and prepped her towel for some sunbathing. Now, fans are honing in on the Chanel face’s back – seemingly, spotting something.

The photos showed the ex to Pete Davidson carrying a book and a water bottle as she rocked shades and flaunted her tiny, 24-inch waist in her skimpy swimwear. Gerber was heavily photographed – some fans found the whole thing intrusive – with snaps also showing mom Cindy and dad Rande in their beachwear.

“Hope she has had those moles checked?” one fan wrote, with over 500 others agreeing. It’s at this point that others wondered if the marks might be tattoos – “I thought that too at first, but I think they’re tattoos. She has lots of these stupid little tattoos all over!” a separate user claimed. “What are the two spots on her back?” another asked – and they were told: “Just moles.”

Kaia does have plenty of miniature tattoos, including the “dot” she inked herself over COVID, but she hasn’t revealed any matching back ones.

Speaking to Glamour in 2020 and revealing her DIY inking, Kaia said: “But, yeah, I’ve been struggling because one of my favorite pastimes was going and getting tattoos, and nobody’s been able to do that. So, in the meantime, I gave myself a stick and poke, which I do not recommend.”

“I didn’t get too ambitious. I gave myself a dot, just so I could be like: All right, I got a tattoo this month, I’m cool,” she added.
