On February 14, also known as Valentine’s Day, couples around the world will be celebrating and showing their romantic love for one another by exchanging gifts like chocolates, flowers, teddy bears, and cards. Sadly, those who want to share their platonically love for their friends will be left out of these celebrations. Thankfully though, the character Leslie Knope played by the hilarious Amy Poehler in NBC’s classic comedy show Parks and Recreation created a solution.

In the show’s second season, Leslie debuted the holiday known as Galentine’s Day, celebrated on February 13 in honor of “ladies celebrating ladies.” On this day, friends gather to eat brunch, exchange gifts, and genuinely appreciate each other. Though a fictional character created this unofficial holiday, it has now entered our reality, and many fans and friends now honor this day with their own celebrations.

Whether you’ve been a longtime fan of the show or are excited to enjoy your first Galentine’s Day, we have the perfect card for you to show your best friend how much you love them. What better way to pay homage to the wonderful character that started it all than with a card with Leslie Knope’s face on it. On the front of the $7 blue striped card is one of Leslie’s iconic compliments she pays her best friend, Ann Perkins. The quote says, “Happy Galentine’s Day, you poetic and noble land mermaid,” surrounded by hand-drawn hearts. The inside of the 5-inch by 7-inch card is blank, so that you have the space to write as many unique compliments to shower your best friend as you want, and it comes with a pink envelope to match Lelise Knope’s outfit on the front of the card.
