Just like Jennifer Aniston, The Hustle actress Rebel Wilson has begun looking for an average Joe (or Josephine) that will sweep her off her feet.

We understand why she would prefer to stop chasing after famous individuals as her previous relationships with comedian Mickey Gooch Jr. and Wonder Woman 1984 stuntman Aden Stay met an unfortunate, bitter end. However, it certainly caught us by surprise when Hola! reported Rebel joined a dating app to bounce back from her most recent relationship with Jacob Busch.

And now, in knowing both this and the reported fact her new account was made without a gender preference, all we can say is, “Good for you, Rebel!”

Rebel Wilson downloads dating app

According to the media outlet, Rebel Wilson made an account with Raya, a dating app that links celebrities with fairly popular social media influencers and/or non-famous individuals (with a decent Instagram following) who have been referred as a potentially good choice for celebrities.

Though this hasn’t been confirmed, many believe Raya is where she initially met Australian tennis player Matt Reid, a 31-year-old handsome gentleman she took as a date to the AACTA Awards back in Dec. 2021.

Of course, we’re hoping Rebel Wilson does eventually find favor in her dating app journey as she has adamantly stated she’s still holding out hope for the one. Hopefully, someday soon, we’ll see her smiling ear-to-ear, holding hands with the love of her life she met on Raya.

Good luck, Rebel!
