41. Kim visits orphanage and wants to adopt

Before Kim was a mom of four, she seriously considered adoption when visiting an orphanage in Thailand. The season 9 episode “A Thailand Vacation: Part 3” follows the reality star as she gets super attached to a young girl named Pink.

“I literally cannot stop thinking about her,” Kim tells her family later on. After finding out she can’t adopt her, she opts for sending the children at the orphanage gifts instead.
