KJ Apa is no stranger to creating a frenzy online, but the 24-year-old New Zealand actor best known for his breakout role as Archie Andrews in The CW’s hit series Riverdale might have outdone himself with his latest head-turning video.
The young heartthrob is making headlines for his cheeky new Instagram video in which he proudly shows off his Lacoste briefs as part of an exciting new partnership set to be announced soon.
KJ Apa Stuns In Shirtless Video
The footage, below, finds Apa opening a hotel door wearing nothing but a pair of Lacoste briefs which has given his 19.2 million followers quite a surprise. The Riverdale star proudly struts his stuff as he slowly opens the door and peeks around the corner before turning his attention to the camera and flashing a million-dollar smile before backing out of the frame and closing the door behind him.
The stunning video was designed to promote Apa’s partnership with French fashion brand Lacoste, which explains why Apa has stripped down to nothing but his nether garments to proudly showed off his toned physique and draw attention to the brand.

Views for the video have quickly piled up and now sit north of 3 million views, as fans can’t seem to get enough of the revealing shirtless video. “He knows what he’s doing,” commented one user who was quick to pick up on the brilliance of the video in which Apa has drummed up quite a lot of buzz for the brand by ditching his attire in favor of the briefs.
“I watched this too many times,” confessed one fan who understandably was quite stunned by the cheeky video which showcased the Riverdale actor’s signature shredded abs which drew the attention of many viewers including one who jokingly commented, “I don’t have much to ABS here… WOW!”
Even Lacoste got in on the fun with a playful comment of their own, in which the fashion brand relied on a pair of eye emojis to do the talking. The details of the brand’s collaboration with Apa remain to be seen, but clearly the two parties are already making waves and know exactly how to get folks talking.
