Carrie Underwood stuns running through woods
Carrie Underwood is dropping jaws while burning her calories on a peaceful woodlands run. The 38-year-old country superstar continues to make headlines for being a total fitness queen – alongside running her 2015-founded CALIA by Carrie athleisurewear line, the “Cry Pretty” singer also has her Fit52 app, founded last year and released alongside her diet and exercise book.
A recent promo for CALIA brought Carrie in an array of stylish looks from her brand – while some went for cozy, one brought the blonde beauty in major cardio mode.

Scroll for the photos, ones coming as a gallery. Carrie shared a total four shots, with the opening photo showing her enjoying a stroll while in a cream coat. Up next were matching and brown sweats as Carrie enjoyed a scenic green view from a deck. The mom of two quickly switched it up to a run, though, with a swipe right showing her enjoying a solo run while in bright red leggings and a clingy matching top. Underwood wore her long blonde hair in a bun, also looking calm and determined as she ran.
Then came some weights action, with Carrie seen lifting both arms while holding dumbbells and working her super-toned arms and shoulders. It might have been eye candy for fans, but the business agenda was strong as Carrie took to her caption to shout out CALIA.
“Our new Holiday/Winter line for @CALIAbyCarrie is here, probably my favorite collection we’ve done! This new product hitting stores now will be my last collection, which I will continue to share more of over the coming months. I am so proud of everything we’ve created and built, and look forward to seeing where CALIA goes from here! I’m excited about all the future has to bring!” she wrote. “CALIA is one of those ways [to be creative], getting to go to virtual meetings and look at design elements and try to figure out what we’re gonna do with that,” Underwood said in a recent interview with Forbes. “I’m lucky that I have a lot of creative things that don’t just rely on being on stage in front of people.”
