Angelina Jolie sparks backlash on braless shopping trip

Angelina Jolie has been getting told to put a bra on as photos of her shopping rake in comments. The MCU actress looked beyond stylish on London’s Oxford Street as she enjoyed a little retail therapy last month, although viewers to the images didn’t seem in the mood to flatter her. Jolie, 46, was photographed with daughters Shiloh, 15 and Zahara, 16, plus 13-year-old son Knox, with the shots seeing the Hollywood superstar going braless.

Angelina was caught exiting Heddon Street store in swanky Mayfair, with a classically elegant ensemble shouting out her trademark low-key style. The former Louis Vuitton ambassador donned tailored black and baggy pants, a loose tan sweater, plus black heeled booties, also carrying a takeout coffee and staying masked up for COVID.

The actress and human rights advocate was also spotted at the David Bowie ’75’ popup store, where it looks like she emptied the place out – paparazzi images showed the ex to Brad Pitt with white bags from the store. Well, the kids were carrying them.

Comments are seeing the trolls rear their ugly heads – seemingly, by the masses. The Daily Mail, which published the images, comes with a handy upvote arrow in green (for anyone liking a comment), plus a red downvote arrow. Topping replies with over 890 upvotes was a user writing: “Put a bra on…” Echoing the thought with over 700 likes was a fan saying that “cashmere requires a bra.” Also driven up the replies was: “Gees…lady put a bra on.”

Shading Her

A bitter-sounding fan wrote: “Also, she must alert the paparazzi because they photograph her everywhere with the kids. Brad has also had the kids plenty and yet we never see paparazzi pictures of their every move, despite the fact that in Los Angeles, they live very close to one another. Her movie must really be a dud for all of the publicity she is carting her kids around for!”

Angelina filed for divorce in September 2016 after a 12-year relationship with Pitt, previously married to sitcom star Jennifer Aniston. She requested custody of their six children: three are biological, three are adopted. In September 2021, Angelina said she just wants “my family to heal” after the split. The actress is herself thrice-divorced – alongside Brad, she was also married to Jonny Lee Miller (1996-1999) and Billy Bob Thornton (2000-2003).
