Kelly Ripa is catching the eye while folding a leg in a figure-hugging and crushed velvet dress. The 51-year-old talk show queen is fresh from a quick weekend story on her Instagram, one shared with her 3 million followers and celebrating good times.
Posting on Saturday, the former sitcom star shared a snap featuring 50-year-old husband Mark Consuelos, Bravo host Andy Cohen, plus businessman Bruce Bozzi, with a joke made over how little she and 1996-married hubby Mark “get out.” When Kelly does go out, though, she dresses to impress.
Kelly Ripa Stuns In Slinky Velvet Dress
Scroll for photos of Kelly. The mom of three, this year making headlines for her “empty nest” situation as youngest son Joaquin left for college, was looking youthful as ever. The indoor snap showed her posing in a row of four and sandwiched by Bruce and Andy, with CW actor Mark seen on the far right.
Kelly wore the slinkiest, teal blue and crushed velvet dress, one hiding the killer pins, but not the pint-sized waist. The Persona Nutrition spokesperson, laughing as she rocked flawless curled hair worn down, had Bruce with his arms around her – a caption, meanwhile, read:
“WE DON’T GET OUT MUCH….BUT ONE, MAYBE TWO OF US IS REALLY EXCITED!” Kelly also tagged Mujen Spirits, plus everyone in the photo. The shot directly followed a reminder of what Kelly actually gets up to inside her $27 million NYC townhouse – the daytime TV host shared party hat and matching rainbow outfit photos of her two dogs, Lena and Chewy. Of course, the snaps were Halloween ones, with Kelly writing: “Happy Halloween from Trick and Treat.”
On Actually Going Out
Kelly, who has made pandemic headlines for her home and spandex-clad workouts, plus 180 days of video-set quarantine filming on Live! With Kelly and Ryan, opened up about living in the Big Apple long before the pandemic. Speaking to Parade about living in NYC, the bubbly blonde revealed:
“I love that New York is not a one-industry town. I have never actually done this, but I’ve heard that you can go to a dinner party and sit next to an artist, politician, athlete, and schoolteacher. Everyone does something different.”
She added: “I love Victorian Gardens in the summer. It’s this quaint little amusement park and a hidden oasis in the spot where Wollman Rink is. Victorian Gardens sort of looks like an Alice in Wonderland fantasy village that pops up in the middle of Central Park. And most people don’t know it’s there.”
